A few members of the Steel City Derby Demons skated into the Locker Room to teach Tunch and Wolf a little about roller derby. Lindsay Kelly and Christine Korekach discuss how they got involved, the Women's Flat Track Derby Association, and some of the rules and strategies of roller derby.

National School-Age Weightlifting Champion Mike Nackoul from Canon-McMillan School District talks to Tunch and Wolf about Olympic Weightlifting and his recent win of the gold medal in Springfield, Missouri. Coach Rege Becker also sits down in the Locker Room to explain the different kinds of lifts and some strategies he teaches to members of the Barbell Club.
